dues and fees. |

| Keycard
Fees are billed one (1) month prior to the quarter in which they are due. If the keycard
fee is not paid by the first day of the quarter, a $10.00 late fee will be applied and
services will be suspended. To be reinstated, the keycard holder will have to pay the
Keycard Fee and all outstanding dues and fees. |
